Acme Resources Limited was incorporated on 22nd January 1985. The Company is registered under section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act 1934 to carry on business as a Non Banking Financial Institution without accepting public deposits. It is in the business of providing short-term/ long-term loans and advances to borrowers. The company operates into two reportable NBFC business segments including financing activities & sales/ purchase of properties. During the year 2017 the Company has three subsidiary companies M/s Atul Agro Private Limited and M/s OJAS Suppliers Limited & Vardhman Business Ventures Limited for consolidation purposes. As per the provisions of Regulations of the Listing Agreement M/s Atul Agro Private Limited was not a material non-listed subsidiary company for the financial year 2016-17 and hence the provisions of this clause did not apply. OJAS Suppliers Limited was a material non-listed subsidiary company for the financial year 2016-17 and the provisions of this clause were duly complied with.During the year 2019 the Company has two subsidiary companies M/s Atul Agro Private Limited and M/s OJAS Suppliers Limited for consolidation purposes. As per the provisions of Regulations of the Listing Agreement M/s Atul Agro Private Limited was not a material n on-listed subsidiary company for the financial year 2018-19 and hence the provisions of this clause did not apply. OJAS Suppliers Limited was a material non-listed subsidiary company for the financial year 2018-19 and the provisions of this clause were duly complied with.
