Dwitiya Trading Ltd. was incorporated in August 19th 1978. The Company is currently engaged into the business of trading and distribution of different types of commodities and materials. The products are mainly supplied to retailers based at Kolkata and adjacent territories. During the year 2015 the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company is Rs 50100000/-divided into 5010000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/-each.The Company's shares are listed in the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited and the BSE Limited during the financial year 2015-16. Further the Company is suspended from trading in securities in the BSE Ltd. w.e.f August 27 2015 under surveillance measure. The Company has dully submitted all the required documents/information to BSE Ltd. for revocation of its suspension.During the financial year under review 2018-19 the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company is Rs. 50100000/- divided into 25050000 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each on March 31 2019.
