Goyal Associates Ltd. was incorporated in the year October 14 1994 as a NBFC Company. The Company obtained a Certificate of Registration from the Reserve Bank of India. The Company is engaged in the business of fund-based activities such as providing Micro Enterprise Loans SME Loans Two Wheeler Loans Commercial Vehicle Loans Agro Based Loans and loans to Micro Financial Institutions (MFI) and NBFCs & share trading and other financial relating activities of NBFC etc. The business of the Company largely depends on the policies by the Reserve Bank of India Ministry of Finance as well as Global volatility in the financial market.During FY 2014-15 the Honorable High Court Ahmedabad Gujarat approved the scheme of reduction of the company w.e.f effective date 1st April 2014.During FY 2015-16 the paid up share capital of the company was reduced from Rs. 50750000 to Rs. 2537500 as approved by the Honorable High Court Ahmedabad Gujarat. Further the company issued 44400000 equity shares of Re 1/- each amounted to Rs. 44400000/- on preferential basis to promoter / non-promoter on 30th March 2016 as approved by shareholders at the extra ordinary general meeting held on 23rd March 2016.During the reporting period 2021 the Company opened its new corporate office at 134 & 141 Sri Durga Tulasi Apartments Dwarakapuri Colony Adjacent to Sri Sai Baba temple Panjagutta Hyderabad - 500082 Telangana.
