Raigad Maharashtra and Residential Building on the Residential plot RH-30 at Mahad District Raigad Maharashtra (MIDC Land) to VN Creative Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai (VCCPL) or its nominees together with the right title and interest in leasehold rights with respect to MIDC Land along all specified tangible and intangible assets in relation to the Undertaking.
