Further pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2023.

In accordance with the said Report the members of the Company have approved the Special Resolution as embodied in the Postal Ballot Notice with requisite majority. The resolution embodied in the Postal Ballot Notice shall be deemed to be passed on Friday June 23 2023.The details of the voting results of Postal Ballot pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and the Scrutinizers Report are enclosed herewith as Annexure I and Annexure II.Kindly take the same on record.
