This is with reference to the submission of Related Party Disclosures as per Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation 2015 within 30 days of publication of financial results. We would like to advise you that we are listed on BSE (SME) platform and in accordance with the regulation 15 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the compliances with the provisions as specified in regulation 17 17A 18 19 20 27 22 23 24 24A 25 26 27 and clause (b) to (i) and (t) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and Para C D and E of schedule V of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 shall not apply on listed entity which has listed its specified securities on SME platform.Hence being an entity listed on SME platform Compliance under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations; 2015 are not applicable to the company.
