JAGAN LAMPS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve This is to inform you that Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) and other applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday 12th August 2023 to consider approve and take on record inter alia un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023.Further to our letter dated 29.06.2023 and in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct of insider trading the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys was already closed w.e.f. July 1 2023 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results.
