The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulations 2019 has mandated the closure of trading window from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.In view of the aforesaid we hereby intimate that the trading window of the company shall be closed with effect from the closure of trading hours on BSE & NSE on 30th June 2023 (Friday) and shall be re-opened 48 hours after the declaration of Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023.
