Considered and approved and taken on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditor of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2023. A copy of the same is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.2. Appointed M/s. MMJB & Associates LLP as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24 to conduct the Secretarial Audit of the Company. Details enclosed in Annexure-B.
