The company is a leading manufacturer of Magnesia Carbon Refractory Alumina Carbon Refractory Dolomite Refractory and Continuous Casting Refractory.The company has its manufacturing facilities spread over approximately 400000 square feet out of which close to 141000 square feet has been dedicated for development of Green Belt in line with company's green and environment friendly manufacturing policies. In terms of Regulation 47(3) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company has published the Notice of 36th Annual General Meeting which is scheduled to be held on Monday 30th day of September 2024 at 10 A.M. at the registered office of the Company in Utkal Mail edition dated 07th September 2024 and in Business Standard Kolkata and Bhubaneswar edition dated 07th September 2024.

In pursuance to Regulation 34(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 please find enclosed herewith the Annual Report of the 36th AGM o be held on Monday 30th September 2024 at 10 a.m. at the Registered office of the Company.

In pursuance to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 an intimation is hereby given that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Tuesday 24th September 2024 to Monday 30th September 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 36th AGM of the Company
