Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that in compliance with the SEBI Master Circular dated May 17 2023 and Circular dated November 17 2023 the Company has completed the dispatch of the personal letters to all the identified shareholders of the Company holding shares in physical mode with a request to complete their KYC details with the Company / RTA. A copy of the Certificate from the courier company certifying the completion of dispatch of aforesaid letters and a copy of the letter (along with its annexures) are annexed herewith and marked as Annexure A and Annexure B respectively.

We wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from October 01 2024 in accordance with the applicable provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading. The Trading window shall be opened after the passing of 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ending on September 30 2024 shall be approved. The date of Board meeting shall be intimated to you separately. The Designated persons have been advised not to trade in securities either by themselves or by their immediate relatives during the period of closure of trading window.

This is in reference to the 37th Annual General Meeting of SRM Energy Limited held on Thursday September 26 2024 at 11:00 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing we would like to inform you that 3 items (Resolutions) proposed in the notice of the aforesaid meeting have been passed with requisite majority. The details regarding the voting results in the specified format along with the report of the Scrutinizer is annexed herewith

In reference to the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Thursday 26th September 2024 at 11:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual means and in context to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we are submitting herewith the proceedings of the said Annual General Meeting. Please note that the details regarding the Voting Results in the specified format of Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 along with the report of the Scrutinizer shall be provided with in prescribed time period.
