In reference to the clarification regarding trading restriction period issued by BSE Limited vide its Letter Ref No : LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019 and in the view of Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation 2015 the Trading Window for Trading in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Saturday July 1 2023 till conclusion of the 48 hours post the Board Meeting for the purpose of declaration of audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30 2023 the date of which shall be intimated in due course.
