This is to inform you that Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 read with SEBI Circular dated 8th February 2019 & BSE Circulars dated 9th May 2019 and 14th May 2019 is not applicable to our company.Further we would like to clarify that the Company is claiming exemption under Regulation 15(2)(b) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 by which the specified Corporate Governance regulations shall not apply to the listed entity which has listed its specified securities on the SME Exchange.In view of above the company is exempted under Regulation 15(2)(b) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and consequently the company does not require to submit the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the year ended 31st March 2023 to the Stock Exchange.
