Asian Games 2023 Highlights, Day 5: India won gold, silver and bronze in Shooting, Wushu and Equestrian respectively to finish with a total of 25 medals and lie in the 5th place in the medals tally

Indian shooters Arjun Singh Cheema, Sarabjot Singh and Shiva Narwal won Gold in the men's 10m Air Pistol team event. Roshibina Devi clinched Silver in Wushu while Anush Agarwalla won the bronze in the Equestrian Individual Dressage event. These were the highlights of day five of the Asian Games 2023. India finished with a total of six gold, eight silver and 11 bronze medals lie in the 5th position in the medals tally.  

Indian men’s football team bowled out of the Round of 16 after losing against Saudi Arabia 2-0 while the men’s hockey team defeated Japan 4-2 to remain unbeaten so far. Two medals each were secured in Squash and Tennis as well.
