Roselabs Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13 2016 inter alia has considered the following:<BR><BR>1. Approval of the new Listing Agreement pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and authorize Company s executive to execute the same with the BSE Ltd.<BR><BR>2. Approval and adoption of following policies pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.<BR><BR>a. Policy on preservation of the Documents.<BR>b. Policy on criteria for determining Materiality of Events.
