This is with reference to the Companys Corporate Announcements dated December 7 2019 disseminated by the Exchange at 18:15:48 pertaining to fixing of Record Date on 20.12.2019 for ascertaining the List Of erstwhile public shareholders of company entitled to payment arising out of the Order Dated 07.08.2014 passed by the Honble High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore in COP 132/2014 <BR><BR>In this regard please refer to the Update on Record Date for Reduction of Capital not to be taken on record uploaded by the Exchange on September 30 2019 at 19:10:06 inter-alia informing that as per directions issued by SEBI the record date of the Company has been kept in abeyance.<BR><BR>In the absence of any further directions from SEBI in the matter Exchange is not in a position to take the record date at present.
