This is to inform that pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the Trading Window for trading/dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st April 2023 until 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended 31st March 2023. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 will be intimated in due course.
