With reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI\HO\DDHS\CIR\P\2018 /144 Dated November 26 2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of debit securities by Large Corporate (LC) we hereby confirm that our Company Winy Commercial & Fiscal Services Limited does not fall under the category of Large Corporate (LC) as on March 31 2023 in terms of the above said circular and accordingly the disclosure requirement as per said circular is not applicable to us.
