Further in accordance with the code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed effective from Saturday 01st April 2023 and shall reopen after completion of 48 hours from the declaration of Financial Results.
