We bring to your kind notice that the landowner of the registered office building has occupied and locked the premises and not giving access to us to enter the office. The related documents which are lying at the office are not accessible. Resolution Professional has filed IA against the landowner for accessibility of the documents and the Honble NCLT has passed interim order vide dated order directing to provide access but the landowner despite being aware of the order did not give permission to enter the office. The Resolution Professional shall take further steps for contempt of court order and other relevant actions. Thus the audited/unaudited financial statements were not furnished to stock exchanges regulators and other stakeholders. However the same shall be furnished as an when the access to Registered office is permitted and after completing the audit. Since the matter is under sub- judice kindly take note of the fact and condone the delay in submission.
