This is an intimation regarding the pronouncement for extension u/s 12(2) and 60(5) of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code read with regulation 40 of IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) and Rule 11 of National Company Law Rules 2016 by Honble NCLT Hyderabad Bench Vide IA No. IA (IBC)/948/2023. The order was pronounced on 9th June 2023 granting extension for a period of 90 days from 13.06.2023 to 11.09.2023.
