We wish to inform that in terms of Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 the trading window of the Company for dealing in securities by Designated persons shall remain closed w.e.f. closure of business hours of Friday June 30 2023 till the expiry of forty-eight hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2023.
