We herewith inform the Exchange that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 trading window for dealings in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from close of business hours on 30th June 2023 un-till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the 1st quarter ended 30th June 2023 for the promoter directors designated persons their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the Companys code for prevention of insider trading.
