Dear SirThis is to inform you that the Honble NCLT Chandigarh Bench vide its order number CP(IB) No. 198/Chd/PB/2021 dated 21/12/2021 had admitted M/s. SR Industries Limited in to CIRP w.e.f. 21/12/2021 under the provision of IBC 2016 read with underlying rules and regulations and appointed an Interim resolution Professional Mr. Rajender Kumar Jain vide the same order and subsequently confirmed as RP -an officer of the Court. Further in reference to the delay in the disclosure of the financial results we wish to inform you tat the company is under CIRP. Due to the acute financial difficulty the factory was closed suddenly and all the employs of the company left abruptly without any intimation leading t o this financial results delayed. The detailed reason of the delay is attached herewith.
