The CIRP was initiated by Honble NCLT against SR Industries Limited vide order no. 198/chd/PB/2021 dated 21.12.2021.The Honble NCLT appointed Mr. Rajender Kumar Jain as an IRP vide the same order and confirmed as RP in the 1st CoC Meeting held on 03.02.2022.Copy of the NCLT Order is attached herewith.
