This is to inform you that in terms of Companys Code Conduct to regulate monitor and report ofthe trading by Designated persons read with Regulation 9 (clause 4 of schedule B) of the SEBI(Prohibition of insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the Trading Window to deal withsecurities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediaterelatives) fromJuly 01 2023 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement ofUnaudited Financial Results to the public for the quarterended June 30 2023(both daysinclusive).The Trading window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Companys UnauditedFinancial Results for the quarter ended June 30 2023to the stock exchange.The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for review and approval of the UnauditedFinancial Results for the quarter ended June30 2023will be intimated in due course.
