The Exchange had sought clarification from Eros International Media Limited (Company) related to the compliance with the directions of SEBI order dated June 22 2023 (SEBI Order) pertaining to Noticees No. 4 and 5 and the response received from Company was unsatisfactory. On the basis of the aforesaid the Exchange has sought additional clarification from Company pertaining to the non-compliance of the directives of Para 87(a) & (b) of the SEBI Order and it is hereby advised to Company to comply with the directions of SEBI order on immediate basis.<BR><BR>The response from the Company is awaited.
