Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that Mrs. Parveen Singhania (DIN : 00112932) Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director of the Company has vide her resignation letter dated 03.08.2023 resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 11.08.2023 on account of some pre-occupations and personal reason.We further inform that there is no other material reason for her resignation other than those provided in her resignation letter. Confirmation and disclosure pursuant to Clause 7C of Para A of Schedule III to the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09.09.2015 are given in Annexure.
