Bharti Airtel on Saturday announced it has garnered over 50 million 5G customers on its network - a feat achieved within one year of the launch of Airtel 5G Plus.
The Sunil Mittal-led telecom company also said Airtel 5G Plus services are available across all districts in the country.
"Airtel continues its 5G growth streak with 50 million unique customers on its network," the company said.
Making it one of the fastest rollouts in the country, Airtel 5G Plus is available across all the 28 states and 8 union territories.

The Maharashtra government has declared September 29 as a public holiday under Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. The public holiday on September 28, 2023 declared earlier has been cancelled.
"To ensure smooth functioning of the financial markets and non-disruptive settlement of transactions especially in view of the quarter/ half year end, it has been decided, in public interest, to keep the government securities market, foreign exchange market, money market and rupee interest rate derivatives market operational on September 29, 2023 in addition to being operational on September 28, 2023," the RBI said in a statement on Wednesday.
It further said settlement of the auction of Government of India treasury bills conducted on Wednesday (September 27) will take place on September 29, 2023.

The Indian Railway is introducing the '14 minutes of miracle' concept for speedy cleaning of trains from October 1, starting with 29 Vande Bharat trains at their respective destination stations across the country.
It will be formally launched by the Railway Ministry Ashwini Vaishnaw at the Delhi Cantt. Railway Station.
Vaishnaw told reporters that the Vande Bharat trains will be cleaned within 14 minutes under the initiative to improve their punctuality and turnaround time.
It is a unique concept and happening for the first time in the Indian railways, the minister said.
The initiative is based on the concept of '7 minutes of miracle' at various stations such as Osaka, Tokyo, etc. in Japan where bullet trains are cleaned and made ready for another journey within seven minutes.

Indian Railways is going to introduce ramps in trains for the convenience of wheelchair users and senior citizens, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said on Saturday.
Releasing the pictures of the newly designed ramps, Vaishnaw told reporters that these have been used at the Chennai railway station and found to be helpful for passengers who require a ramp.
"We will start its use in Vande Bharat trains very soon and later, in all other trains," the minister said, adding that a system is being worked out to let passengers raise a need for a wheelchair at the time of booking tickets.
"An alert can be generated and passed on to the respective railway stations for keeping a ramp ready for such passengers," he added.
The ramp can be easily placed at train doors and because of its width and low gradient, wheelchair users will find it easy to use it, the minister said.
Vaishnaw also said that during its trial, feedback received from passengers was extremely positive and encouraging.

The Commission for Air Quality Management, an autonomous body tasked with improving air quality in Delhi and the adjoining areas, had made crucial changes to the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) last year and again in July this year.
The new changes include strict restrictions on the plying of overage vehicles and a complete ban on the use of coal and firewood in eateries, restaurants and hotels when the air quality index (AQI) breaches the 200 mark.
