Bharti Airtel on Saturday announced it has garnered over 50 million 5G customers on its network - a feat achieved within one year of the launch of Airtel 5G Plus.
The Sunil Mittal-led telecom company also said Airtel 5G Plus services are available across all districts in the country.

The Centre has approved investment of Rs 6000 crore to 74 industries in the pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing sectors under the production linked incentive (PLI) scheme, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said here on Saturday.
Shah was addressing a gathering after dedicating the newly built campus of the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) at Gandhinagar.
"The Union government has taken a holistic approach and begun the process for the development of a cost-effective, sustainable and affordable process for 16 APIs (active pharmaceutical ingredient) and two KSMs (key starting material)," he said.
In the next one decade, India will not just become self-reliant but also be in a position to export them (APIs and KSMs), Shah added.
"The Narendra Modi government has given permission for the investment of Rs 4000 crore to about 48 small and big industries in the sector of pharmaceutical manufacturing under the PLI scheme," Shah said.

Traders' body CAIT has filed a complaint with the Ministry of Consumer Affairs against a Flipkart advertisement featuring Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan on the upcoming Big Billion Days sale, terming the advertisement as "misleading".
The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) in its complaint to the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) termed the advertisement "misleading" and against the country's small retailers. It has also sought withdrawal of the advertisement, according to a statement.
CAIT demanded that a penalty be imposed on Flipkart as per relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Act for "false or misleading advertisement" and imposition of a Rs 10 lakh fine on Bachchan.
An email sent to Flipkart did not elicit a response. Bachchan could not be contacted for comments.

Robert Bosch Automotive Steering GmbH, a promoter of Z F Steering Gear (India) Ltd, has settled a case pertaining to alleged violation of disclosure norms with Sebi after paying Rs 10 lakh as the settlement charges.
The order came after the applicant had filed a suo motu settlement application proposed to "settle by neither admitting nor denying any conclusions of law or fact".
"It is hereby ordered that any proceedings that may be initiated for the violations are settled in respect of the applicant," Sebi's whole time members Ananth Narayan G and Amarjeet Singh said in the settlement order passed on September 27.
The applicant was required to make annual disclosures of its shareholding in terms of SAST (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) rules, for the financial years 2019-20 and 2020-21 on or before June 01, 2020 and April 9, 2021, respectively.
However, it had made delayed disclosures in March 2023 and July 2021, respectively.
