India's Ritu Phogat feels mental strength is as important as physical fitness in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
The Indian wrestler-turned-MMA fighter will return to the Circle at ONE 161: Petchmorakot vs. Tawanchai.
She will take on home favourite and former ONE Women's Strawweight World Title challenger Tiffany Teo in Singapore on September 29.
"To win, I try to stick to my plan, which is very important," Phogat, who has an impressive 7-2 record, said.
"Being mentally strong is more important than being physically strong during matches," she added.
The 28-year-old was last in action in the final of the ONE Women's Atomweight World Grand Prix in December last year, where she lost.
"The last loss didn't affect me mentally at all. Winning and losing is a part and parcel of the game, I have endured it during my wrestling days. It pushed me to work harder."
Phogat, who is returning after an injury layoff, is looking forward to her fight to Toe.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday said pollution levels declined in the national capital due to government initiatives as he announced a 15-point winter action plan to curb pollution.
The number of days witnessing severe pollution levels declined in the last eight years due to several initiatives of the city government, such as the introduction of electric buses and the EV Policy, closure of thermal power plants, 24X7 electricity and the tree transplantation programme, among others, he said at a press conference.
Kejriwal also thanked the people of Delhi for their support in helping the government reduce pollution levels.

The Law Commission has advised the government not to tinker with the existing age of consent under the POCSO Act and suggested introducing guided judicial discretion in the matter of sentencing in cases involving tacit approval of children in the 16-18 age bracket.
The Law Commission has submitted its report on the age of consent under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act to the Law Ministry in which it has suggested that amendments are needed in the legislation to remedy the situation in cases involving tacit approval, though not consent in law, on the part of children aged between 16 and 18.
The current age of consent in India is 18.
The panel said that reducing the age of consent will have direct and negative bearing on the fight against child marriage and child trafficking and also advised courts to tread with caution even in cases where it is observed that adolescent love cannot be controlled and criminal intention may be missing.

The investment firm has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the API operations of global pharmaceutical major Viatris in India, IQuest Enterprises said in a statement on Monday.
IQuest emerged as the preferred investor following a global competitive bid, it added.
As part of the deal, the company will acquire six API manufacturing facilities, three each in Vizag and Hyderabad, an R&D facility in Hyderabad, and third-party API sales.

Vedanta group firm Hindustan Zinc Ltd on Monday said its production of mined metal dropped marginally by one per cent to 2,52,000 tonnes in the second quarter of the ongoing fiscal.
Hindustan Zinc Ltd's (HZL) mined metal production was 2,55,000 tonnes in the second quarter of the previous fiscal.
"Mined metal production in the second quarter at 252kt, marginally down YoY and two per cent down sequentially mainly due to lower ore production at Rampura Agucha & Kayad mine partly offset by better overall metal grades," HZL said in a filing to BSE.
The company's refined metal output in the second quarter at 2,41,000 tonnes, dropped by two per cent over the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal.
"Integrated zinc production at 185kt, down 2 per cent as compared to 2QFY23 and down 12 per cent sequentially.
"Refined lead production at 57kt, flat as compared to 2QFY23 and up 12 per cent sequentially on account of pyro plant operations on Lead mode during this quarter," the filing ...

A passenger was arrested for allegedly attempting to open the emergency exit door of an Indigo flight from Nagpur to Bengaluru prior to take-off, police said on Monday.
The man identified as Swapnil Holey had boarded Bengaluru-bound Indigo flight 6E 6803 from Nagpur at around 10 pm on September 30, they said.
According to police, the passenger was seated next to the emergency exit door of the aircraft. Before takeoff, while the crew members were briefing passengers, the man allegedly attempted to open the door.
After the flight landed at the Kempegowda International Airport here at 11.55 pm, Holey was escorted by the airline's staff to the police station, a senior police officer said.
He was scheduled to take a flight to Bangkok on October 1, police said.
Based on the complaint filed by the airline staff, an FIR under section 336 (Act endangering life or personal safety of others) of the Indian Penal Code was registered and the accused passenger was arrested in connection with the
